Open a PDF (e.g. http://archives.cs.iastate.edu/documents/disk0/00/00/02/74/00000274-00/jmlrac.pdf), switch to fullscreen mode with the PDF control (not the Firefox control), I (you?) can't scroll.

The issue appears with all PDF on my computer.
 Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:18.0) Gecko/18.0 Firefox/18.0

Confirming that the issue is reproducible on latest Nightly build with PDF.js enabled and selected as a handler in Preferences.
In Presentation mode you cannot navigate through the document with mouse scroll and UP/DOWN/PgUP/PGDN buttons. Only spacebar and J and K keys work for navigation.

As far as I can tell, this is intentional (left-right arrow buttons work as well by the way), although I don't think it's a very good idea (see Bug 795228)

This is probably a duplicate of Bug 792277 though.
This is fixed upstream and will be fixed with the next update.

Verified the fix on latest nightly build: scrolling works fine in full screen mode (mouse scroll, up/down arrow, space, page up/down button, etc)
