On my RedHat 5.1 x86 box (glibc-2.0.7-19) mozilla-export won't link when using
pthreads.  I have USE_PTHREADS set.  moz-export links fine, and gnuz-export and
gnuzilla-export both link w/ pthreads, but mozilla-export won't link and gives
all the undef'ed refs to pthread_* in libnspr21.a
