Can't reach https://bugs.ecmascript.org.
The VM was dead. Console was blank and just wasn't responsive. Power cycled it and it's back up now.

This is one of the many servers that are affected by a Netapp issue we are currently working on. FWIW host and service are back up now.

It's down again. (Looks like it went down sometime in the last 90 minutes.)

The netapp shelves are reaching their capacity and running into issues. We'll notice when things are down and bring them back up, we get alerted on issues. We're also working on increasing the capacity to prevent this from happening again.
