Deleted mozregistry to test profile manager on all Win32 (95,98,NT) when trying to launch from command line or click on apprunner.exe I get the following errors: nsComponentManager: Load(d:\builds\seamonkey\ns\dist\wind32_o.obj\bin\components\**list of components**.dll) FAILED with error: error 0 Once a profile is created and mozregistry.dat created, apprunner can be launched.

I don't think this error is related to Profile Manger component. From what it says onthe console it looks like failure in loading component manager service. Reassigning to dp.

Can you try this again ? Did you move the executable midway between these two steps. Could you add the full error log. Why I ask is that I cant reproduce it.
I can reproduce this with the 6-10 build which I installed today using the base.zip file for that date (installer always gets most current build) I cannot reproduce on this weeks builds so I also agree it 'WORKSFORME' on these builds.
