There is one progress bar for the stub installer, which shows "downloading" and then "installing".  While the download bar does show progress, the "installing" portion of the bar simply acts as a throbber, showing activity (going left-right-left) without actually indicating progress.

We can't reliably determine progress since it installs using the full installer in silent mode. I have changed it to a determinate progress bar in bug 800112 and guesstimate the progress so adding dependency.
