We have JWT processing and notifications so this is to host a stub payment flow to see some action. It won't be complete but can help drive app purchasing (bug    794677) to completion.

I'm stuck on some hidden errors within nav.pay()'s iframe. I'm building a debug version to check it out.

Bam! totally works. I have a stub payment flow (no real PIN entry or payment processing) and I can make a purchase start to finish on B2G; the final step installs an app on the device. Everything is mostly in webpay -- https://github.com/mozilla/webpay -- yet some marketplace changes will land from bug 794677
