When editing an existing LDAP directory in preferences, the dialog that appears
is titled "New Directory". For comparison to 4.x, the dialog is called
"Directory Server Properties".

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Preferences->Mail and Newsgroups->Address Book
2. Pick an existing directory and click on Edit Directory

Expected Results

Dialog is titled "Edit Directory"

Actual Results

Dialog is titled "New Directory"

Since the dialog is in fact the same dialog, using the 4.x solution might be the
best route.

This is in conflict with the spec:

http://mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/addressbook/LDAP4.html

The dialog should be named:

Directory Server Properties
Keywords: nsbeta1, ui
Priority: -- → P2
Target Milestone: --- → mozilla0.9.1
Setting target milestone to 0.9.2 (check it in anytime, even before, when the
tree is open for). Per PDT triage.
