Same sort of thing as the Thunderbird bug, working around bug 800277. Hope you like update verify configs for breakfast.

unthrottle firefox
Per IRC, this would block some TB beta/esr/etc channels listed now in $throttleExceptions. Ben is going to ask Standard8 if TB should be unthrottled as well.
