800082 - DeviceManagerADB default port is wrong

The default port in DeviceManagerADB is currently 20701. This isn't correct as far as I know. 20701 is the default SUTAgent port. 5555 is the default adb-server port.

Cool.  While testing this, though, I found bug 842667--feel free to take a look at that too, if you want (and have a device or emulator handy). :)
