Details
in recent nightlies i've seen a lot of problems where file are not being loading from the cache correctly (most noticeably css and javascript files).
this is most noticeable on bugzilla.mozilla.org, however that may be an artifact of spending most of my time on this site :)
when i load a page normally, at least half of the page loads result in either css not being loaded (resulting in very bad layout), or javascript not being loaded (resulting in javascript errors, and other cascading weirdness).
i experience this most often when loading multiple tabs at the same time -- eg. load a buglist and command+click on a lot of bugs. i just performed this, opening 13 tabs, of which 7 failed to load css.
there are no errors in the web console, and i can't find the error console anymore.
in all cases, performing a shift+refresh always loads all resources correctly.
i've asked around, and several people have experienced the same weirdness which running nightly and/or trunk builds.
