This is now ready to go, so we might as well get it building. I haven't yet decided if we'd publish it ahead of the mainstream TB releases (if FF goes early), so for now we're aiming for a Friday ship.

On top of the Firefox fixes, I am also including a minor change to the installer for bug 804971 which is something we missed fixing a couple of months ago.
