Details 
To release Firefox in Occitan, we need a way to promote it. We do that via http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/ web pages. There's a set of pages that are essential to having a successful Firefox localization and promotion, and those depend on the files listed below. The previously existing content from the pre-fx4 days may or may not be up-to-date.

Milos or Pascal will follow up here when the initial setup work is done. After that, you'll find the files to localize in SVN.

The repositories you want to work with are located at https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/oc/  and https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/oc/ . Files that need to be translated are, namely:

All the translations you do will be available on the testing website, http://www-dev.allizom.org/oc/firefox/ , around 15-30 minutes after commit.

The Occitan team will be driving this bug to completion.

Cédric, if you need help, don't hesitate to ping me by email (pascal@mozilla.com) or to come into the #l10n or #frenchmoz chat rooms on mozilla IRC server.
I've finished the translations on http://mozilla.locamotion.org/oc/firefox/
This site is not a mozilla tool, the maintainer of the Locomotion tool (Dwayne I think) will have to convert the files to our format and commit them to svn, so you should ping him and ask that he sends the files there. We can also create a localizer svn account for you in the future of course.
I wrote to Dwayne. I'll tel you what he'll say.
Cedric, Pascal is referring to the files that we host at this URL http://mozilla.locamotion.org/projects/mozilla_lang/

We already have pushed some of the OC files.  The ones lists in comment 0 are all part of goal '1'.

I'll need to look more carefully at the other HTML files mentioned.

It's difficult for me to translate the sentences in mozilla_lang without french version to compare...

I load French so that you can use it as an alternative source language.

You may want to keep this address in your bookmarks because this is the test server for the main Firefox download page for your locale.

Cédric, any localizer can update those files directly in mozilla repositories by committing to their repo and/or providing patches or full translations by bugzilla, if you attach your translated files to this bug, I can send them to the repository, you could also see with the French community if they can help you understanding the process if you have problems with English.
