Currently, <select> elements work with touch input and keyboard input, but not with mouse input.

Part of this is because of the "pointer-events: none" style for option and optgroup elements in content.css. Removing that fixes the problem for <select multiple> but it does not fix regular <select>.

This was fixed by bug 801126 (though it still suffers from bug 785764).
