bonus points if we can make a ui that makes grabbing an error log even faster & more fluid. This might already be functional enough.

bah, this is currently busted. about:sync-tabs should be accessible even if sync is not enabled and that is not the case right now.

about:sync-logs is working fine so Ally morphed this bug into getting about:sync-tabs working. I don't think we need this xul page at all. The functionality available through it on desktop (bookmarking a selected tab and a refresh list option) can be implemented on the Start page for Tabs from Other Devices items via the context app bar. So I'd like to morph this bug again over over to adding that functionality. Also, if we don't already have one we need a story on the Tabs from Other Devices section of Start.

We shouldn't spend any time about:synctabs. I didn't have a story for sync'd tabs because it wasn't on my v1 requirements. We shouldn't spend any more time on this.
