When trying to download a file, Mozilla doesn't open the "what should I do with 
this file?" dialog box, instead, it opens up a window in the size of the 
screen's resulotion.
And then does nothing, as far as I can see.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the url above
2. try to download a file 
3. watch a big white window takes over your display

Actual Results:  A big window cover the entire screen.
Can be closed with Alt+F4

Expected Results:  A dialog asking what to do with the file should appear.

This happen on other sites, too.

Does this happen with a recent nightly build? the dialog in question got
revamped after 0.9 was cut.
