when drag/dropping or Subscribe adding a feed url to the account level folder, a new folder is created from the feed's title.  in this case it's: ♥ 〃童話故事◈ :: 痞客邦 PIXNET ::

needless to say, the lower level folder name code doesn't ♥ a ♥.

the solution is to first create the folder you want, then dnd or add the feed url to the existing folder.  you will also need to close Tb and manually delete the broken folders.  you can find their disk names by opening a feed Subscribe dialog, selecting the bad folder, clicking on its name to show (hash value) name on disk.
