When the user changes from by crash date to by build date the links inside the crash reports panel should ensure that they link to the appropriate date range type.

It looks like the OS is not preserved if crash_type is changed (and vice versa) which is what's breaking the "plugin icon" and "browser icon" selenium tests.

Did you intend for this bug to fix those or should I file a new one?

Hey Rob,

So, this bug is related solely to the frontpage links in the 'Crash Reports' panel. Here OS does not come into play, I assume you are referring to tcbs?

Oh right sorry :/ yes we have a similar bug in TCBS, will file.
