801593 - New Downloads button uses old downloads button unless clicked once

To better see what I am talking about, customize and place your downloads button in the title bar to the right of new tab or show all tabs drop down menu and use the default theme on Windows 7 aero.

Upon each fresh browser start, the button is of white color (like rest of the buttons on title bar , eg. home, or list all tabs, or panorama). Also the button is of 24 px width.

But as soon as you click it the first time, the button changes to black button, with around 32 px width. This new button is the actual button for new downloads manager and it is always black, it does not respect the background color, like home button or any other default button does.

There are 2 fixes for this :

1. Do not use the old downloads button until it is clicked and make the new downloads button respect background color, so that it is white on the titlebar.
or
1. Make the width of the new downloads button to match that of old downloads button, and still make it respect the background color.
