Details

When panning up, the url bar wobbles up and down for a while and the text goes blurry. It will settle into a steady state after a while.
It will also occasionally stay blurry.
I think it may have to do with bug 795657 in terms of the blurriness and bug 797633 in terms of the url bar wobbling up and down
