As well as the resizer being out of place I would like to point out that the
word "taskbar" is still alive in two files as demonstrated by this URL:
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/search?string=%22taskbar%22
Accepting. Looks like I need to bring the resizer binding over to a more global
location.

Is this the resize box with the diagonal slashes that should be to the right of
the lock/security icon on the status bar when Mozilla is not full screen?

moving to ben as he was the original creator of resizer and can better
determine the validity of this bug.

Which platform? Which skin? [Has Mozilla stopped supporting Windows 95?]

Nope, no resizer here with the 2002013006 build on Win2K. My understanding was
that the resizer is only working on WinXP. On Win2000 with classic skin I see a
thin gap where the resizer should be in the bottom right corner of the browser
window.
