seen on windows commercial build 2001-05-11-06-trunk

-partially type in a URL that you know exists in your history

the autocomplete list doesn't pop up as expected. 

easily worked around...either type in entire URL  or select it from the URL bar 
history list.

I dig this functionality.  
Note:  it is working fine on this a.m.'s linux build, mac isn't awake yet.
Dupe of bug 78771?
I don't believe this is a dupe of that.  The URL autocomplete doesn't work on 
first instance.

Also happens on Win32 build 2001051104.
I didn't see this on windows commercial build 2001-05-14-06-trunk but did see it 
on linux commercial build 2001-05-14-05-trunk

This is a dup of bug 78771.

If you open [Preferences] - [Appearance] and check "Navigator"
in "When Mozilla starts up, display", the autocomplete works
on the first window. But if you check "Navigator" and "Mail",
the autocomplete doesn't work on the first window.
