803075 - Text selection "cursor" handle doesn't move properly when keyboard comes up/down

STR:
1. Load bugzilla.mozilla.org
2. Click on "Log in"
3. Click on the persona log in graphic
4. Tap in and out of the email address entry field

Actual results:
As you tap in and out, the virtual keyboard appears/disappears. However, the orange cursor image doesn't always stick to the input field, occasionally it gets left behind when the page resizes/reflows/whatever it's doing.

Expected results:
The orange cursor image sticks to the input field like white on rice.

Note: I found this while trying to reproduce but 801984, and I haven't seen it happen in other places (e.g. bugzilla main page quick search text input field) so it's possible it's specific to the persona log in page.

This sounds similar to bug 717679. I bet we'd use the same approach to fix both of these issues.

I think this issue has been obviated by recent code/UI changes ... I can't repro on release ... if so, can we close?
