Steps to reproduce:

Installed a fresh copy of FF on win7 64bit


Actual results:

FF crashes before the program can even open.

Can you provide a stack trace (see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report)?
Does it happen in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?
Does it happen with a new profile (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles)?

 Sorry for the delay in responding. I have confirmed that when the computer is in safemode Firefox operates normally with no crashes or error. I have also confirmed that I can not create a new profile, I keep getting the same BEX crash when I try to make one. I will have to DL windb for the stack trace info. Because firefox crashes before a report can be generated. Also this is happening with google chrome. The same BEX crash.

I assume it was an HW acceleration issue.
