Steps to reproduce:
Made change to web page "Edit Link in New Composer Window"
Actual results:
When publishing - selected "include images and other files" in publish settings for that web page
Expected results:
Received 1 check mark for the .html page
received 1 check mark for one random picture on the page.
received no checkmarks for the 9 other images that should have been included and were not.
Sometimes one image (of the 9) also gets corrupted. Such as a 157 k file becoming a 1k file.
