For making SeaMonkey 2.14 Beta 1 public, we'll need to update the website.

ETA for this release is Monday October 22.

Just to be extra clear, we have matching csets from the m-beta side for Firefox 17 Beta 2 *not* the handful of other changes that landed there since Beta 2 tagged.
