Apprunner Build ID: 1999061108

Only a snippet of script is at issue:
<DIV ALIGN=RIGHT CLASS=endbullet>
<HR SIZE=5 WIDTH=5 NOSHADE>
</DIV>

This represented object is aligned against the rightmost of it's cell by
Enforcer 5.0 and Ancestor 4.6, but is centered by the beast.
Assignee: rickg → kipp
Kipp -- this HR should be aligned right, but visual debugging shows it's
aligning center.

I'm making this a dup of 7112.

Note, though, that I see no evidence in any HTML spec that says that the ALIGN
attribute on a DIV should align HRs that it contains. Could you please point me
to the appropriate statement in the HTML4 spec?
