In particular, we need to keep the worker descriptor for Document from causing code generation and dragging all sorts of things like Element and HTMLCollection and whatnot into workers.

Make codegen deal with Document not being an external interface but not available in workers even though XMLHttpRequest (which can return or accept Document) is available there.
