User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/22.0.1229.94 Safari/537.4 Steps to reproduce: I tried to start up the latest aurora build of Firefox18 on my Suse 11.1 system. Actual results: XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /data/common/firefox/firefox18/libxpcom.so: libxul.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Couldn't load XPCOM. If I try to embed this version in my wrapper-application I got the following during startup: XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /data/common/firefox/firefox18/libxpcom.so: /data/common/firefox/firefox18/libxul.so: undefined symbol: _ZNSbItN4base20string16_char_traitsESaItEE4_Rep20_S_empty_rep_storageE Expected results: Firefox should start up normally when used native and also when used embedded.

openSuse 11.1 saw its end of life on 13 January 2011. I'm closing this as WONTFIX as you run an ancient insecure system full of security vulnerabilities - no good reasons to investigate and definitely not a P1 priority. Note though that there are similar reports out there, like bug 723487.
