I can`t open as much webpages as I want to when using "open in new window"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any webpage from your start-page
2.now select a second one (and see that the context-menu doesn`t open)
3.now try to open a context-menu somewhere else and then try again to open a
webpage(window) via open in a new window (now it works)

Actual Results:  it only works with this trick between the opening of the new
windows.

Expected Results:  it should work without that trick

This is a dupe of bug 78725.
