We will need a shut down animation, it has 2 requirements.
Visual: Something very quick (~1 sec). It will likely include a fade transition and a static image. Should be tied into the boot up sequence.
Audio: Short audio sound (I will provide).

I don't see why we cannot defer the actual shutdown for 1 sec and showing the animation ...
