STR: 1. Remove/disable silverlight 2. Go to http://www.imagesurf.net/ Actual results: Blank plugin content screen Expected results: Missing/disabled plugin notification should be displayed
Attached image Screenshot, WFM
This WFM, or at least produces a useful result, win7 nightly.
Yes, but it shows the same "please install silverlight" notification even when the plugin is disabled. Anyway, I'm talking about some common general Firefox notifications for all missing/disabled plugins.
Sorry for the confusing Actual Results, in a hurry I was copying/pasting the STR from the flash bug 804567.
From the webpage perspective, a missing or disabled plugin is the same. The website is checking for the presence of silverlight and showing its own fallback content. I really don't see any bug here.

Disable flash, then open http://wickedgoodgames.com/flash11/marioworld2.html Actual results: "This plugin is disabled. Manage plugins" That's what I'm talking about.
That page doesn't detect the plugin, it just uses it. Then we provide the alternate UI ourself. There is no bug here.
