Open Badges currently has placeholder branding: http://openbadges.org/en-US/ In time for v1.0 of Open Badges release in March 2013, we'd like to introduce branding that is cohesive and is along the style guidelines of Mozilla. We need 2 things: 1) Open Badges logo design and 2) Open Badges compatible insignia that badge issuing organizations can download and add to their sites to signal their badge system meets the open badges specifications.

Don't know where to put deadline so adding to comments. We need to release new design of website in time for the Digital Medial and Learning competition early March 2013. Therefore, having branding around logo design look and feel by mid December 2012 would be ideal.
Hey Sunny. Thanks for the info. If I'm reading this correctly, though, this sounds like a Foundation-led project, which would make me think that Chris Appleton is the right person to work on this. What do you think?
Hi John, We talked to Sean precisely about this. We're thinking Open Badges is a webmaker level product. Sean did the design for the webmaker logo and coincidentally previously worked on Les Orchard's Badger project: https://a248.e.akamai.net/camo.github.com/03aa7abf100d1cf6da5a28a475573952397f1298/687474703a2f2f636c2e6c792f307632713347336f3339324231703044317032492f53637265656e25323073686f74253230323031322d30342d30352532306174253230312e30342e3430253230504d2e706e67 Jess, who is managing all brands and design for foundation project/ducts could speak better to this but may be delayed due to Sandy.
