BuildID: 20001050515
When you first run Mozilla it will prompt you about desktop integration. If you
don't click anything on this dialog, and attempt to browse, then the little
mozilla icon in the upper right hand corner, will *not* animate. It just turns
into a white box when you are actively loading a page, but is the normal "M"
when browser is inactive.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load fresh copy of Mozilla
2. Make sure "desktop integration" dialog appears
3. Continue to browse without clicking on dialog
Actual Results: Without clicking on the "desktop integration" dialog, the
mozilla icon never animates, it stays an "M" when the browser isn't loading a
page, but then turns into a white box when loading a page. If you answer the
desktop integration dialog box, then the icon will animate normally with the
monster shading, etc.
Expected Results: The mozilla icon should animate when loading a page, whether
or not I click on the desktop integration dialog box.
I am running Windows 2000 server - and have not tried this on other platforms, yet.
heh. _no_ you shouldn't be able to browse until you make a decission. just like
n1/2/3 wouldn't let you browse w/o accepting the license.
