Details

This page is not displayed correctly when first loaded. It only appears after hitting reload. Reproduce: Load the page. The browser shows a largely empty page, with a small frame on top. Hit reload, and the full page appears. Expected result: the browser should show the page on initial load...

works on linux rpm build 2001052819
Works for me using linux build 2001060811, and for other recent commenters. Reporter, if it's still broken for you using a recent build, feel free to reopen this bug.
