Bah, hit return whilst in the summary field submitting the bug by accident :-/

Using &regenerate=1 when requesting an annotated summary or parsed log, should:
* Clear runs_logs of that log type
* Regenerate that log type
* If the request was for an annotated summary, clear the bugscache and re-request suggestions for failures

(This feature makes adjusting log parsing/bug suggestions easier locally & also gives a way to force reload problematic logs on production)
