806054 - Audio continues to play from B2G browser even though it is not focused

Description

[Gary Kwong [:gkw] [:nth10sd] (NOT official MoCo now)]

1. Go to BananaBread, as per bug 806053.
2. The music will play.
3. Go to the homescreen by pressing the Home button. The audio continues to play even though you are seeing the homescreen.
4. Someone may want to make a call or send a message but the audio can be annoying or distracting.

On 1.1 and 1.2 the audio will stop once the browser is minimized, as per the test case in bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=806053
However the audio will continue playing in 1.3 master branch if the browser is in landscape mode before suspending it.
