Two things that would make the morphed part of bug 791492, about relman manually updating the blocklist on mozilla-release and mozilla-esr10 before the go-to-build, easier:

* allow passing in an optional REPODIR, so that when you already have a perfectly good up-to-date repo from which you just pushed the merge, you don't have to clone a separate one for the blocklist update

* add "No bug" to the commit message to defeat the silly commit-message.py hook, which will let ffxbld do whatever it wants, but won't let anyone else commit "Automated blocklist update from host $HOST".

This worked fine for me to pass in -r ~/mc/mozilla, though given my lack of desire/ability to do a full clone, I didn't actually test that it doesn't break the default use of 'blocklist'.

Nanny says "no no, mustn't push without a bug number, only ffxbld gets to do that."
