Using 5/12 commercial release build on NT
1. Go to http://www.ebay.com and search for something
2. Click on link for an item in your search results
Expected: Open page for the item for auction
Actual: File download dialog
Looks like the same symptom as bug 54381, so starting with mscott. cc'ing law
and darin in case their recent changes are involved.
