806387 - No world icon to change language preference

I can't reproduce bug 796600 and bug 796600 since there is no "world icon" to try other keyboard layouts. The only available layout is 

Are there triaging meetings I could attend?

Gaia triage is daily at 8AM in the B2G vidyo room.

nhirata believes this is now resolved, and will be resolved/fixed once he verifies.

You need to activate an additional language in Settings -> Keyboard in order to have this 'world' icon.

This is not resolved on the 10-24th build which is what is on the stable channel.

comment 3 does not work.

The 24th doesn't have the fix.

Used the description here to verify the fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=802237, although there are presently other issues with intl' kb (more bugs to be filed).
