Here's one place where I think we don't have to say "for Firefox" since we're clearly talking about Firefox features, but if we want to reinforce it, that's OK too. I threw this together as a starting point to get some feedback. I didn't want to write too much, but figured we could expand on our messaging a bit more here. Let me know if there's anything you'd like to add. Facebook Messenger Become the master of your social circle and keep up with friends wherever you go on the Web. Chat while you browse and see new comments, photo tags and other stuff in a collapsible sidebar on the right of your browser window. Stay connected to your network from any site without having to click away.
Trying another version of this with some new copy we just created: Facebook Messenger Become the master of your social circle and keep up with friends wherever you go on the Web. Chat while you browse and see new comments, photo tags and other stuff in a collapsible sidebar on the right of your browser window. Enjoy some of your favorite Facebook features right from Firefox to make browsing more social and stay connected to your network from any site without having to click away.

I like this version. Only "nit" is that last sentence is long, and a bit too ambitious. Perhaps break it out, or ignore this "nit" as you see fit.
Tara -- We're close to completing the copy. What are you thinking design wise? Would be nice to show the hero screenshot we're working on, and to add this to the top of the /features page in a way that notes that it's new.

I was struggling it with it, too, probably because it's trying to do too much. I think we can just cut that last bit. We've already established the features pretty clearly before that, but the "browsing more social" part adds more of a benefit and dials up the exclusivity factor. Facebook Messenger Become the master of your social circle and keep up with friends wherever you go on the Web. Chat while you browse and see new comments, photo tags and other stuff in a collapsible sidebar on the right of your browser window. Hi there. what I was thinking was to put this in the "browsing made easy" section. there are existing sections and I think this fits into that, no? perhaps it's more like "browsing made social" but i'm happy to put this wherever you want. Let me know. That aside, it would be likely a cropped version of the hero screenshot (which is too big for this space) - I suggest focusing on the right top corner of the screenshot where we have the jewels.
Final Copy: Facebook Messenger Become the master of your social circle and keep up with friends wherever you go on the Web. Chat while you browse and see new comments, photo tags and other stuff in a collapsible sidebar on the right of your browser window. Enjoy some of your favorite Facebook features right from Firefox to make browsing more social. Graphics: Tara, sounds good. Let's put this in the "browsing made easy" section and use a cropped graphics. Note that this is just for en-US, so since l10n is not needed at this point, Ty should work on anything that needs a string freeze before touching this. :)

updating copy to account for possibility of adding flyouts - lets finalize copy after that.
Updated copy: Facebook Messenger Become the master of your social circle and keep up with friends wherever you go on the Web. Chat while you browse and see new comments, photo tags and other stuff in a collapsible sidebar on the right of your browser window. Mouse over updates to see complete photos or to get more information. You can also like, comment or share right from Messenger to make browsing with Firefox more social.
Let's a clickable CTA line at the end of the copy: "Visit Facebook to turn it on."

The copy in comment 11 references the fly-outs, which sound like they're at risk. Should we use the copy from comment 7 for now?
re: comment 12 - yes. Thanks Matej. I suggest holding off until the final design is handed off - this'll include a mockup of the features page with this added in. Having that visual will help confirm what we are dropping in here from both a copy and design perspective.
