using win2k build 20010514.. (early CVS build) If I load the URL, the page is reloaded and reloaded ...... Console output: Error loading URL http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1469&p=1 : 2152398850
I'm seeing this on http://www.msn.co.uk too (linux cvs build pulled not long ago). The anandtech.com site crashed my browser the first time of viewing; second time it loops. Upping severity and keywording. CC darin since he checked in a change a few hours ago to fix a bug on crashing while loading - seems an obvious place to start.

Joki just checked in several onchange/focus event state fixes. I added a comment about a similar weirdness in bug 61336 but then found another, perhaps more likely candidate: rpotts changes to fix bug 65777
adding rpotts to CC. One of the dependencies in bug 65777 is bug 61176 about meta-refreshes.
No, you were right the first time, the event stuff was a problem. Fixed now
