807026 - [Browser] "History" awesomescreen view briefly displays your old history, *after* you've cleared history

STR: 
 1. Visit a site, e.g. http://pastebin.mozilla.org/
 2. Tap URL bar and then tap "History", to see your browsing history.
 3. NOW: Go to browser settings.
(tap upper-right "x" to get out of awesome-screen, then tap upper-right "1>", then tap gear icon)
 4. Press "Clear History" button. Click "OK" when prompted to confirm.
 5. Press upper-left back-button to back out of settings
 6. Tap URL bar and tap "History" tab again.

ACTUAL RESULTS: Your old (cleared!!!) history briefly flashes (for maybe 1/4 second), before the list is actually cleared.

FWIW: the privacy-leaking flashed history-screen appears to be up-to-date as of the last time I viewed the history. (That is to say -- it doesn't show any sites that I visited between my last history-view and my history-clearing button-press.)

(The same thing happens on the bookmarks screen, the first time you view it after you've removed a bookmark.  Less of a privacy concern there, but I figured it was worth mentioning in case it makes sense for this bug's fix to address that situation as well.)

We should fix this before ship.  It's going to appear broken to users, and we should definitely fix it.
