807028 - Could not change URL+strange behavior by paste and pressing enter while the current URL is still loading

- chrome://testpilot/content/welcome.html
- https://[2a01:48:1:0:2e0:81ff:fe05:4658] by pasting and pressing enter
- https://[2a00:1450:4016:800::1013] by pasting and pressing enter

=> on both 16 and 19 (Nightly) you are back at chrome://testpilot/content/welcome.html

*No need for IPv6, just use any page whom server is simply not responding and the connection times out will do*

When the initial page is just about:blank, after step 3 you just get a blank address bar.

Could be some docshell change regression?  

During playing with this I also experienced bug 807024 (I don't know how to reproduce that bug, though).

(I have first noticed this at my friends flat when finding some site to order pizza some time ago, just forgot to report it.)

Is it a regression?

Note that in general what the URL bar shows is not really controlled by docshell.

Also, at my friends flat, we were just not able to change the URL, URL of the still loading page was simply not changing.  Not sure it is a different bug, probably not.
