STR:
 0. Install a few apps from Marketplace or Everything.me.
(I'm trying Solitaire from marketplace & Grooveshark / Soundcloud from everything.me)

 1. Turn on Airplane Mode in settings, to be sure you've got no network connectivity.
 2. Try to launch one of the apps from Step 0.

ACTUAL RESULT: Gray screen, saying:
> The app is having problems
> ------
> :(
> The app is not loading properly
> [ Back] [Reload]

EXPECTED RESULTS: Something saying "check your network connectivity", and putting less blame on the app for "having problems"

NOTE: In the background, sometimes/usually there will be an "offline mode" page, but you can't really see it because it's obscured by the gray overlay. (and as far as the user knows, it's a symptom of the app "having problems" rather than of the network being offline)

I think we decided that for v1 we wouldn't have system-wide network-not-up notifications. Josh or Chris Lee can correct me if I'm wrong.
