RFE: Please port mozilla/gfx/src/gtk/XIE.c and mozilla/gfx/src/gtk/scale.c to
use plain Xlib-arguments (e.g. no GdkDrawable, GdkGC etc.) and move them to
mozilla/gfx/src/xlibrgb/ that other toolkits can use them (Xlib/Qt/Xprint etc.),
too.

Well, as far as I know these 2 files I attached above work, except for one thing
- the XIE version (gtk build, this file) has a bug setting clip mask - scaled
images with alpha don't show up until you scroll them to the top of the page.
I am going to open a bug on this separately, because it also affects GTK component.
