We have reporting requirements that need to get data from the Webtrends API. This bug is to: - open any network flows between AMO prod/stage/dev and the appropriate webtrends boxes - ensure the MPT-VPN network can connect to the webtrends boxes for coding/debugging - generate webtrends API credentials and let us know what they are This is a Q4 goal for marketplace so please let me know of any delays.

I may be able to just hijack the user/pass we already use in fligtar's panorama -- it appears to be a generic "amo api" account.
