Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/19.0 Firefox/19.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to MP and press the search magnifier
2.Enter a three char search term (ie "eve" for "Evernote Web" on -dev or "sol" for "Solitaire" in prod)

Expected results:
At least one suggestion is given

Actual results:
No suggestions displayed

Your screencast had suggestions pop up every time from what I could see.  Can you clarify?

Yes, in the first part of screencast I tried to highlight the difference between two cases , first case when entering three chars search term and second case when entering four chars search term for the same app("evernote web").

I see the problem in the screencast.  When I try this using nightly w/ responsive mode and on desktop I get a popup after type "eve" on marketplace.mozilla.org.  What platform are you seeing this on?

Maybe fixed along the way then.  We still have troubles with stale JS/CSS every time we push. :(
