## Repro :
1. set device to landscape
2. go to gallery
3. open a picture
4. double tap to zoom in
5. look at it;
6. double tap back to zoom out
7. long tap and then double tap to zoom in on fullscreen mode

## Expected :
1. zoom levels are the same

## Actual :
2. zoom levels are different.

Gallery is now always in fullscreen mode when displaying a single photo. So this bug can no longer occur.
