We need a "key" field in the contacts App to support hCard "Key". This is to hold a PGP/GPG public key.

I don't think David means adding that field to the Contacts app UI, but in the mozContacts API. Jason, I would remove the Gaia::Contacts component, and move it to platform.

I meant the UI as well as the underlying platform storage/api. We want users to be able to paste a public key into their contact's record.

It does make sense since the field KEY is present in vcard since version 2.1 and our mozcontacts is a mapping for vcard.
With that said, first we will need to modify the mozContacts api to add the field, and later the contacts app.
