Found when filing bug 808234. Emoji (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emoji) unicode characters seem to result in bugzilla truncating the comment. That's... unexpected. At most, if there's some kind of "allowed unicode" filtering going on, seems like it should simple _replace_ characters instead of truncating the comment.
